I'm Raiden Lau, a photographer working across street, travel, and documentary frames — chasing light, reflection, and the small details most people walk straight past — shot entirely on a DSLR.
Behind the camera
I'm a photographer from New Zealand, with an eye trained on the moment a frame actually comes together — light hitting water at the right angle, a reflection nobody else stopped to notice, a texture or a colour that turns an ordinary corner into a frame worth keeping.
Most of my work sits between street and documentary: the coastline, the city, the small found details of everyday life in Wellington and beyond. I shoot entirely on a DSLR and edit everything myself, start to finish.
